Conditions for Admission & Registration

1	Submit the application — includes the student and guardian's data. Apply Now →

2	Attach all of the student's previous educational certificates

3	Letter of recommendation from the student's previous teacher

4	Letter of recommendation from the principal of the previous school

5	A personal interview date will be set — after completing all of the above.

FEES

A one-time registration fee of 500 SAR applies · Fees are exclusive of VAT (15%) for residents.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1	Sibling Discount A tuition discount is granted to families enrolling multiple children at Science Oasis International Schools. It is applied to the youngest enrolled sibling(s), as follows.

The discount applies exclusively to the tuition fees of the younger child/children.
The eldest (1st) child is always charged at the full standard tuition rate.
Discounts are non-transferable and apply only while siblings remain simultaneously enrolled.

2	Partnership Discount Available to families qualifying under the school's corporate or institutional partnership agreements.

Discount Type	Conditions
Partnership Discount	Applicable to all eligible enrolled students; cannot be combined with any other discount.

The Partnership Discount cannot be combined with the Sibling Discount or the Early Payment Discount.
Families eligible for the Partnership Discount may not claim any other promotional or institutional discount at the same time.

3	Early Payment Discount (Advance Settlement) A 5% discount is granted to families who settle the full annual tuition in advance, before the stipulated payment deadline.

Fees include books and the educational platform.
Fees include activities (music, ballet, gymnastics, and sports during the school day).
A one-time registration fee of 500 SAR is added to the total (not included in the tuition fees).
Fees do not include VAT (15%) for residents.
Fees do not include the school uniform or transportation.
Fees may be paid in up to two installments, as follows:

First installment: 50% of the tuition fees, due during registration.

Second installment: 50% of the tuition fees, due on 3-1-2027.
